Thermal management solutions group은 글로벌 자동차 부품회사입니다.
현재 중국에서 생산되는 부품을 국내의 현대,기아차 그룹에 납품하고 있습니다.
현재는 국내에 법인이 있지 않은 상태에서 1인 현지법인장을 찾고 있습니다.
서울, 경인권 지역에서 거주하시는 분을 선호합니다.
근무는 재택입니다(단, 업무적으로 현대,기아차 그룹의 공장들을 다녀야 합니다).
단, 현재 국내에 법인이 설립 되어 있지 않아서 글로벌 인사 대행 업체인 BIPO에서
제반 일을 Support 받게 됩니다.
 
포지션 : Korea Business Representative
Job responsibili
- Prepare, deliver and process files between customer and company, responsible for business activities between the company and the customer
Collect market information, provide information and advice for developing market development plans
Relationship built and maintenance with customer manufacturing / logistics and quality people
Customer complaints coordination and containment actions on mass delivery and sample parts on customer siteincluding sorting and on-production line support
Stock in customer and consignment warehouse monitoring and FIFO management, supporting special stock handling
Customer return / block parts handling & coordination.Sample delivery coordination
Support on the invoice issue and customer payment collection
Daily / weekly / monthly reporting on related customer issue / complaints
Additional tasks from direct manager
Others
 . Attend relevant EHS training, responsible for EHS on own responsible area and strictly follow legal requirements and TMS regulations, proper use of personal protection equipment, immediately report accident or unsafe aspects to direct manager
 . Support and take initiatives on fit for Quality
- Support and take initiatives on Health Safety security
- Support on Environment
 
Job requireme
- Home office(재택 근무)
- Good Korean and English or Chinese
- Worked as quality controller or customer service for 3 years or longer in automobile fields or mechanical manufacturing.
- Good relationship with Korea HYUNDAI or even worked in there including its Chinese suppliers that had worked as business / quality service
- Colleage graduation or above, major in automotive or mechanical manufacturing preferred
- Good communication / presentation skills, dexterity / flexibility and team spirit
- Basic products quality & logistic knowledge
- Quality & logistic complains coordination and handling abilities.
- Collecting and analyzing abilities of customer side information
- Good at MS Office software
 
보고는 중국의 General manager, 업무는 국내 현대, 기아차 공장 대상으로 진행.
소속은 BIPO라는 글로벌 인사기업 소속
연봉은 300,000RMB(한화로 5,400만원 수준, 퇴직금은 별도), 4대보험 등 적용.
주유비 등 지원, 기타 사항은 건별 협의.
업무량은 많지 않음.
